Running them takes more than technical expertise. It also takes sharp vision and consistent execution.

My background in psychology leads me to put people at the center of our business: employees, clients, and partners alike. I lead alongside Vransina Lisbet Unawekla, who oversees finance, Andika Juliar Herlando, who handles strategic partnerships, and Faiz Qurthubi, who oversees operational governance. Together, we are building TBK Holding on integrity and hard work. Our commitment is to deliver “Integrated Technical Solutions”: solutions that are technically precise and make a real difference to our clients' success, our team's well-being, and the progress of the nation's industry.

Looking ahead, we see plenty of room to grow. I tend to look for opportunities and push for growth. We do not wait for momentum to arrive. We design it, pursue it, and execute it, making bold strategic decisions. We keep expanding our network, strengthening partnerships, and reaching wider markets, without losing sensitivity to the dynamics of our team.
